The working principle of the pulse dust collector is to filter through the filter material. The working principle of pulse dust collector is to remove dust attached to the filter medium (bag or filter cartridge) by blowing compressed air. Depending on the size of the dust collector, there may be several groups of pulse valves, which are controlled by a pulse controller or PLC. Each group of pulse valves is opened to remove the dust from the part of the bag or filter cartridge it controls, while the other bags or filter cartridges work normally. The cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet duct of the room so that the bag in the room is in a state of no airflow (room-by-chamber air stop cleaning). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse blowing to clean the dust. The closing time of the cut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag after blowing settles to the ash hopper, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the filter bag surface, so that the filter bag is cleaned thoroughly.
